Salaried GP, Leighton Buzzard

A superb teaching and training practice is looking to welcome a new Salaried GP into its supportive team. The practice offers a superb working environment and follows the BMA recommended contract rigidly, including the paid weekly CPD session. The practice offers a multi-discipline environment working alongside other highly-skilled health professionals.

Salary - £9,000 per session per annum + indemnity cover + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave


Location - Leighton Buzzard

• Training practice - Registrars and med students
• Research practice
• Superb team of permanent GPs, nurses, Pharmacist

• Support of highly-skilled admin team
• CQC Good across the board
• High-QOF achieving

Your role -

• 6 - 8 sessions available
• Salaried GP post, partnership available in the future
• Reasonable workload
  • 11 face-to-face appts per session + 4 tel calls
  • Visits shared equally (average-visiting)
• On-call rota once a week for full-timer
• To fit into the team and be a team player - the practice has an excellent team already that works well together
• Using SystmOne Clinical system
