Location – Long Catlis Road Surgery Gillingham Kent, ME8 9PR

Job Type -Salaried GP 4-10 sessions

Salary: 10,500 to 11,000 per session

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Manageable workload - 30 appointments per day (mixture of face to face and telephone)

Minimal home visits (average of once a week as we have visiting PCN paramedics)

On-call once per week

Extended hours - covered by the PCN

Heavily supported by a broad MDT including practice employed Pharmacist + PCN MDT - team of Pharmacists, First Contact Practitioner, Social Prescribers and Health & Wellbeing Coaches

Supported by a strong team of administrators, minimal admin workload

Supported by Clinical Pharmacist, heavily reduced docman workload

Regular meetings - clinical / practice / informal / breaks for coffee
