Salaried GP

The surgery have built a close-knit, friendly team of clinical staff, including permanent GPs and Nursing staff. They have worked to ensure a safe and manageable work-plan for an incoming GP, with minimal admin and low home visits. You would also be given the opportunity and time to develop clinical interest areas moving forwards.

Located just outside Salisbury, in a leafy village location, easily commutable from Andover, Warminster and Winchester. Ample on-site parking is provided.

Key Duties

• Well educated patient list of just over 6,000 with a low number of home visits, and great support from an experienced permanent clinical team including Permanent GPs, as well as Nurses, Pharmacists and Paramedics
• Offering 4- 8 sessions per week with flexible working hours around child care
• Strong existing team of permanent GPs
• Low duty Doctor and minimal home visits

Package and Benefits

• £84,000 - £88,000 per annum (FTE) for a Salaried GP
• Coverage of medical negligence policy costs by the Practice
