Salaried GP

This is a well managed and established practice in the Aylesbury area of Buckinghamshire. It is set in a residential area with a purpose built premises, with parking on site. The site provides primary care services to approximately 12,000 patients from its single site.

You will be joining a dedicated team of GPs, Nurses, Pharmacists, PCN staff and HCAs. There are no home visits for the GPs as the PCN staff take care of these. You will also benefit from having a flexible working schedule which includes no On Calls unless agreed beforehand. Clinical documentation is taken care of by the Pharmacists and clerical team, ensuring that you have workflow optimisation.

This is an EMIS based practice, and the position will be ideally suited to all levels of experience from newly qualified to those seeking a more senior role. There is a strong learning and development ethos amongst the team. The practice can consider all special interest areas and are happy to have informal conversations to find out more.
