Salaried GP - Liverpool - £11,000 per session (No On-Call - No Visits - Remote working day)

Unique opportunity for a Salaried GP to join a  truly dynamic forward thinking team delivering high quality care. 

Ideally, the practice team would like the incoming GP to commit to a minimum of 6 sessions 

Innovative setup to minimise GP workload, Unrivalled flexibility for non work commitments (inc. some remote work), No On-Call, No Visits.

Practice info 

• 6500 list size
• 4 GPs
• 3 GPs on-site each day
• Full nursing support team inc: 
• 2 ANPs, 2 HCAs, 3PNs, Clinical prescribing pharmacists, 
• EMIS Clinical System

Typical Set Up

• AM - 12 patients + 3 calls 
• PM - 12 patients + 2 calls  
• No On-Call 
• Home visits done by ANP
• Flexible start/finish times 
• The practice has a focus on the reduction of GP workload - which will be explained fully during the initial discussion

We aren't just looking to recruit GPs into an everyday typical salaried post, the aim is to add to the already long standing team and create the best and most sustainable work plan for you as an individual. Willing to invest in GPs' development of skills and interests in any area. 

Any other clinical or contractual queries will be covered during an initial informal discussion.

The call should only take around 25 minutes and is usually conducted via Zoom or Teams (video conference) 

This is also an opportunity to have any and all questions you have either in relation to clinical procedures or anything to do with your employment contract 

Working days and start dates are fully flexible for the right candidate but once someone has been appointed the position will be closed.
