GP partner in Stornoway, Isle of Lewis, Scotland

We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly GP Partner to join our family medical practice based in Stornoway and Habost on the Isle of Lewis in the Western Isles of Scotland. We are a GP Training Practice with a Practice Area covering the whole of the island and we work closely with NHS Western Isles to provide the full complement of General Medical Services for the 8,000 patients who are registered with us. 

Both our sites are minutes away from the breathtaking beaches that make the Isle of Lewis a popular destination for visitors and for people looking for a new and relaxed way of life. 

We have a team of three partner GPs, four salaried GPs, three practice nurses, clinical and administrative support staff and practice management. As a training practice we have GPSTs and medical students attached to us and our GPs also act as mentors to other healthcare professionals. We have excellent multidisciplinary support and many community services are collocated in our surgeries.
