Are you a passionate GP looking for a new challenge? Our client is currently in search of a dedicated and experienced GP to join their team in a salaried position. With a list size of 14000 patients, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference to the healthcare of the local community.

Situated in a convenient location, the surgery offers parking for staff and patients alike. As an EMIS user, you will have access to a plethora of resources to help you provide exceptional care to your patients. Additionally, a route to partnership/lead may be available to the right candidate.

Working at this practice, you will be part of a team that focuses on quality and efficiency. The format and length of appointments are 15 minutes each and shared admin is operated through a buddy system. While there are currently visits done by GP's, a Paramedic is set to be recruited in due course to take over these duties.

As part of the role, you will be expected to participate in on-call duties. However, the practice understands the importance of a work-life balance and is willing to have discussions around flexible start and finish times.

The practice does not currently require extended access, giving you the opportunity to enjoy a normal work week. With 15 patients in the morning and 13 patients in the afternoon, you will have plenty of time to provide thorough care to each patient while still maintaining a reasonable schedule.
