Salaried GP, Warrington

We are recruiting a salaried GP for a highly-regarded practice, based in the Warrington area. The practice have introduced innovative measures to make the workload of their GPs as efficient as possible. People comment on how calm the surgery feels; the waiting room is much quieter than most GP surgeries; appointments are well vetted and triaged, making the work of GPs here, much more relevant and rewarding. There are daily catch-up slots with colleagues; the partners have worked hard to foster an environment of inclusivity and team work.

Salary

• £9,000 - £10,000 per session (depending on experience)
• Payment of Indemnity

The Surgery

• Purpose built GP premises

Your role

• 6 - 8 sessions per week
• Well-triaged appointments, designed to make your work more efficient
• Proactive steps taken to reduce paperwork going to GPs
• Daily schedule catch-up with colleagues; great team environment
• You own, well-equipped, good-sized consultation room
• Low home visit ratio
• Newly Qualified GPs considered
