Salaried GP or GP Partner in Ludlow

Due to retirement, we are looking for a GP to replace our longstanding partner who is retiring July 2018.

Ludlow is renowned for its fine food, dining and Festivals. Its castle is perched above the picturesque River Teme surrounded by beautiful countryside; it has been described as the loveliest town in England.  There are many opportunities for walking and outdoor activities. There are excellent schools and leisure facilities.

We are an innovative high earning practice yet remain Family orientated with good continuity of care. We are medium sized (8000 patients) with a great team of 3 partners, 4 part-time salaried GPs and 4 nurses including an ANP. We are busy yet still have a wonderful work-life balance.  Our premises were extensively refurbished in 2015 providing a wonderful environment enjoyed by staff and patients

We have a local Community Hospital with MIU, Xray and Physio services and we provide medical cover for the 24 bedded ward. We teach medical students from Keele University throughout the year and train GP Registrars.

Ideally, we are looking for an enthusiastic full-time partner however we are very flexible, all candidates will be considered including alternative options such as salaried, job-share etc. We are happy to wait for the right candidate and would also welcome recently qualified GPs.
