Locum GPs needed to cover sessions in Twickenham

Rate: £80 p/h (£720 day)

Location: TW7

System: SystemOne

• 14 appointments in a morning & 14 in the afternoon. These are made up of prebooked f2f, f2f, phone calls, e-consults. This may be subject to change on the day due to Covid cases rising.
• Some calls may be filled from 111 or LAS.
• 4 x10min catch ups per session
• Admin support needed and plenty of time given for this at the end of the session.
• Other staff such as HCAs, Nurses and ANPs on site with you.
• Free parking on site.

Hours:

AM only – 4/5 hours required
PM only – 5 hours required
Full day – 9am-6:30pm (30 min unpaid break)

If you are the GP on call in the morning with visits, then you have 12 slots. At present our Home Visit requests are very erratic – sometimes non, then a request for 3! The reception staff take the patients request, but advise them the GP will call first and access the need for a visit.

We do request – that the GP of the day does not refer the visit to another GP on another day. If this happens, the GP witll unfortunately not be booked again.

If the session is an AM on call – then the reception will add anything needed on that day onto the end of the appt’s screen for them – ie – med certs, referral rejects etc. If this is very busy then their admin is reduced
