Hindi speaking GP for fast-paced Calgary, Alberta near the Rocky Mountains, Canada

Do you speak Hindi, Punjabi, or Urdu?   We seek a GP for a very busy clinic, located near downtown Calgary, one of Canada’s largest and fastest growing cities. The patient profile is largely from India and Pakistan.

Where you will practice:

  • This attractive clinic has 22 exam rooms, 2 procedure rooms, 3 doctor offices
  • Seven physicians see 300 patients per day
  • Each physician has a medical office assistant
  • Gross earnings are up to $350,000 CDN  (£220,000)
  • Clinic hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday, and open weekends
  • Walk in and appointment patients serving all ages
  • Most patients of south Asian origin who speak Hindi, Punjabi, or Urdu
  • You will work five days each week and start by seeing walk-in patients, then build up your own patient panel.
  • Located in a busy area, with public transportation, and free parking
  • Multiple other medical services in the same building
  • Walking distance to pharmacies, banks and grocery stores
  • The clinic owner is a GP and provides excellent support to physicians
  • Excellent schools and universities for your children
  • We take care of your licensing

Mount Royal University with 9,534 students. SAIT Polytechnic with 15,824 students.  Calgary is home to 240 different ethnic origins and has the third-largest visible minorities population in Canada; about 50% of all people moving to Calgary came from international markets and most are from India.  Most patients in this office are from India and Pakistan with strong cultural networks.
