Sherwood Medical Partnership (SMP) is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, flexible and committed GP to join our well established Partnership. Full or part time applicants will be considered.  Salaried GP with a view to Partnership will be offered to the right candidate.

SMP is an innovative forward thinking Partnership based across two sites, Crown Medical Centre in Forest Town and Farnsfield Surgery in Farnsfield. Whilst Crown Medical Centre is a busy Practice with brand new, purpose built premises offering a wide range of enhanced services and an on- site pharmacy to care for our 10,214 patient population; Farnsfield Surgery is located in in the heart of the village surrounded by quiet Nottinghamshire countryside and cares for a smaller Practice patient population of 4832.  There are 5 GP partners and 3 salaried GP’s working across both sites.

• Well-led nursing team, including practice nurses, HCA’s, phlebotomists
• Excellent administration and management team
