Salaried GP – Newtons Practice, Haywards Heath, West Sussex

Newtons Practice is looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated GP to join our practice team.    

• 4 - 8 sessions per week,  
• Highly competitive salary 
• Indemnity top up fees reimbursed 
• £250 annual training budget 
• £1000 Golden Hello upon successful completion of the probationary period

•  Approx. 13500 patients. 
• Practice clinicians: 4 GP Partners, 7 Salaried GPs, 5 Paramedic Practitioners, 3 Practice Nurses, 2 HCA, Senior Clinical Pharmacist 
• PCN Additional Roles staff: 2x Pharmacists, Pharmacy Tech, First Contact Physio, Occupational Therapist, Social Prescriber, Paramedic. 
• Experienced workflow team who deal with clinical correspondence, reducing GP involvement 
• Training practice 
• Our own GP Faculty Registered trainer for FSRH 
• CQC rated: Good 
• EMIS Web, Docman,  
• Half day Duty Doctor sessions only, with support from experienced Paramedic Practitioner team 
• Encouragement to develop individual interests and skills
