Salaried GP Role, Welling

Please read on to discover more about a long established and high achieving surgery near Welling who are looking to bring in a new Salaried GP.
The incoming GP would be offered support for development, there are already numerous specialist clinics being run within the surgery and you would have opportunity to get involved or develop new specialisms. The GP's are ably supported by a diverse team of clinical support staff including nurse practitioners, pharmacists, physician associates, practice nurses and hca's. There is a forward thinking Partnership in place who are open to new ideas and trialling new methods to improve the work load for their GP's. Key Duties

• 6-8 sessions a week available
• Modern and high quality purpose built practice building with on-site parking
• Practice population circa 12,000
• Extensive clinical support including nurses, HCA's, NP's and Physician Associates
• Comprehensive clerical support including medical secretaries and prescription clerks
• Close knit team who hold regular clinical meetings as well as social events
• Training practice
• Options to develop interest areas and run special clinics
• Approximately 18 AM and 15 PM consultations per session
• 1-2 home visits a day
• Flexible working arrangements in terms of session times, working days
• Practice uses Emis Web
• Near perfect QOF score and Good CQC report
  
   

Package and Benefits

• Sessional rate of £10,000 to £11,000 per session per annum
• Indemnity covered in full
• 6 weeks annual leave
• 1 week CPD support

• In line with BMA model contract

Registered GP with the GMC, possess the right to work in the UK, included on NHS performers list
