GP Rural Practice cover WICK & THURSO

I have a couple of rural Highland practices  needing cover in November ...
 

WICK

W/C 15th November.

Hours are Mon - Fri 8am - 6pm , there is no on call 

The practice has 7600 patients, covering Wick and approximately a 10 mile radius out with Wick. They have 4 salaried GP's supplemented with locums.  They also  have an Advanced Physio, Advanced Mental Health Nurse, Advanced Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technician and nursing team.  The office team are very supportive.

 
During the COVID pandemic the GPs are managing patients via telephone or video consultations with the option to see patient's face to face after triage or initial remote consult.  GP Appointments are 15 minutes.  There is a requirement to do docman and there may be a requirement to undertake a duty doctor role, consisting of telephone triage and face to face appointments, where required.

Good Daily Rates

The practice has around 5,500 patients who live in a range of urban and rural settings. They use Vision and Docman systems
