SHETLAND - Mainland Rural practice cover Opportunities!

Are you looking for a working holiday or a chance to locum somewhere different?

Shetland, one of the Islands of the coast of Scotlad are needing cover in their mainland practices over the coming months.

**Travel costs reimbursed and accommodation and car hire provided, these are all Mon - Fri day time hours  **

 Shetland is a fantastic place to visit as a locum. Family accommodation can be provided. The islanders are very friendly, there are incredible beaches and always things going on!

Bixter Health Centre

.The practice has 1100 patients and uses EMIS PCS and DOCMAN.  There is no on call commitment. provides emergency cover only to neighbouring small practice all day Thursday and again on Friday afternoon from 1430

Brae Health Centre 

Brae has 2400 patients and uses EMIS PCS and DOCMAN.  There is no on call commitment.

Lerwick Health Centre 

The main Practice on Shetland, large, uses  EMIS PCS and DOCMAN.  There is no on call commitment.

Scalloway Health Centre

Hours  are 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday  ( Practice is closed on Wednesdays)
