Background

Due to the retirement of our Salaried GP after over 10 years’ service at The Haven Surgery, we are looking for an experienced GP to join our thriving and friendly practice, in a beautiful part of Co. Durham.

A great opportunity to join a well-established dispensing practice where you will be supported by an excellent MDT and administrative team. Specialist interests, training and development are fully supported, and you will also benefit from a reasonable workload given our small list size of 1650 patients and 15 minute consultation times.

We can offer up to 7 sessions per week and the post is due to start on January 1st 2022. We are encouraging informal visits and options for sessional working before then, so that you can experience the traditional family feel of our practice which is at the heart of the local community, whilst we embrace all the modern IT solutions for efficient clinical working.
