This is an amazing opportunity to join our primary teams in Warwickshire. We work hard to develop our practices to make sure patients get the very best care, and that we have the very best people working in them!

The Role

Our approach is focused on empowering patients to self-manage, giving brilliant access for patients and delivering great care – all with a sensible workload for our clinicians.

You will be working within a skilled and friendly team to deliver telephone, online and face-to-face consultations, including GPs, a practice manager, combination of nurses, pharmacists, healthcare assistants and additional PCN roles, and an administration team, plus a locally based head office team providing governance, HR and IT support.

People mean the world to us and we believe in providing great support for all our team members. You will have 1:1 support and protected clinical supervision time with the clinical lead for the practice. Our Medical Director is Dr Richard Palin, responsible for ensuring that quality is at the heart of everything we do, providing a framework for clinical governance and supporting our clinical teams in providing high quality care to our patients.

Come and work at Spirit for a motivating experience, giving you the opportunity to shape primary care with passion, aspiration and innovation!
