A practice based in Warrington are urgently seeking cover for some dates in Aug- Are you free for any of the following:
3rd August
10th August
16th August
20th August
21st August
22nd August
6th November
7th November
9- 12 am surgery
On call 12 – 3
3 – 6 pm surgery at our branch site
On call 6 – 6.30pm
We use Emis Web
The GP will be the only one on site so if need any home visits if they come in and are not eligible for acute visiting scheme ( 65 and over)
