Background -

A rare opportunity to work for arguably one of the best practices, if not the best, within Milton Keynes CCG. The practice is forward-thinking, clinically well-staffed including extremely highly-skilled Nurses as well as GPs. The practice trains GP Registrars, medical students and student nurses. You are also supported administratively with personal assistants for GPs.


Salary - circa £8,500 - £9,500 per session per annum + indemnity cover negotiable + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave


Location - Milton Keynes

• Purpose-built practice
• Training practice - Registrars, med students and nurses
• Mixed-affluent area
• Highly-skilled nursing team including specialist Nurse Practitioners, Minor Illness Nurses
• Clinical staff mix including Paramedic, Pharmacist and Physiotherapist employed by the practice
• Slick administrative processes praised by the CQC
• PAs for GPs
• High-QOF achieving

Your role -

• 4 - 8 sessions available
• Salaried GP with a view to GP Partnership available
• 15 - 16 patients per session
• On-call rota less than once a week
• To fit into the team and be a team player
• Using SystmOne Clinical system
