9-12 & 2-5 (15 patients each)

£700/day

9, 13, 16, 19, 20, 23, 24, 26, 27 July

2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 20, 21, 23, 24, 28, 30 & 31 August
