FULL OR PART TIME GP WITH VIEW TO PARTNERSHIP IN MANCHESTER

North Trafford Group Practice (www.chesterroadsurgery.co.uk) is a 9700 patient practice just south of city centre Manchester. We currently have three full time Gp partners and a salaried GP. We have a strong nursing team with 2 nurse prescribers & 2 HCA's.  Our practice manager is highly experienced and leads our efficient and supportive reception and admin team which has a very low staff turnover.  We also have a clinical pharmacist attached to the practice. We achieved a Good rating at our last CQC inspection in February 2017. 

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic full or part time GP to join our friendly practice as a partner.  

As a modern, forward thinking practice we are keen on exploring new ways of working to optimise our work life balance as well as the service we provide. We are also working with other practices to develop Trafford’s New Models of Care and shape the future of general practice locally.

The practice provides a full range of enhanced services including minor surgery. We use EMIS web, Lexacom digital dictation and are paper-lite using DocMan.

The partners at the practice are involved with the LMC, GP appraisal, research. We are keen to diversify our skill set, so portfolio working and special interest training will be encouraged and supported.

The practice is well located being between the city centre and attractive housing in the leafy suburbs of Cheshire.  Trafford ranks in the top ten UK areas for primary school education and Manchester has many top ranking secondary schools.
