We are looking for a GP Partner

Starting date

• We are willing to wait for the right candidate for all vacancies.
• Partnership Position
• Parity Share of Profit as per sessions worked for clinical & admin job share. We are a high achieving, high earning practice.
• Benefits Included in Salaried Post ( Long term locums can also get involved in learning and teaching activities)
• Salary at £11K per session per annum + Study fund (£50/session/per annum)+ MDO fees+ employer pension + NI
• Study leave (1 week pro-rata)+ annual leave (6 weeks pro-rata)+ NHS sick leave, maternity/paternity/adoption leaves
• CPD- peer discussion sessions 30-45 min lunch time, cases, SEA, audit, journal, guidelines, local protocols + locality or pharmaceutical rep organised meetings, locality meetings will have protected time for attendance.
• Teaching Doctors will have 30 minutes, protected time in a session to compensate for supervising student surgeries. ( We train Med Students & Physician Assistants)
• GP tutor workshop attendance for Drs interested in teaching
• If the surgery requires a Dr to teach a tutorial, complete a project for the practice or an audit, or attend a meeting, the doctor will have appropriate protected time.
• Plenty of opportunities to take part in variety of enhanced service & Quality Improvement activities
